This is a Summer Rental ONLY - No Weekly or Yearly Rentals .... Pricing as follows: May/Memorial Day Weekend to end of June - $8500 / July - $15,000 / August thru Labor Day - $15,000 . Dogs allowed if house broken and up to date on vaccines. Extra Pet Cleaning Fee will be needed.
